Jordanian Dates Competition

Introduction:
Following a series of international specialized date festivals organized by the General Secretariat of the Award in the Arab Republic of Egypt (five sessions), the Republic of Sudan (three sessions), and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, these festivals achieved tangible successes that contributed to the development of the date palm sector and date production in these countries, and enhanced the reputation of Arab dates and raised awareness about them at the regional and international levels. This series of festivals has become a milestone and a platform for regional and international coordination and cooperation in developing the date palm sector and its products. The fourth International Jordan Dates Festival in the Jordanian capital, Amman, will continue this series with a focus on the uniqueness of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its excellence in producing "Mejhoul" dates.
